6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are specified in the individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Late payments may attract interest as per applicable law.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST.

7. Limitation of Liability
